Kazkhimprom Reagent LLP is an operating industrial-grade chemical enterprise producing ion exchange and specialty resins on the territory of the "Ontustik" Special Economic Zone in the city of Shymkent.

The plant was established as an export-oriented facility focused on producing high-quality materials for industrial water treatment, power engineering, the chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical and food industries.

  • functionalization units (sulfonation, amination, modification)

Production follows an industrial process flow with staged quality control at every stage of manufacturing.

Polymer matrix formation

Synthesis of the copolymer base from styrene and divinylbenzene.

Functionalization

Sulfonation, amination or modification depending on the resin type.

Washing & neutralization

Multi-stage washing until the required purity parameters are reached.

Drying & classification

Moisture removal and granule size control.

Packaging

Packing into industrial containers with batch marking.

Laboratory analysis of every batch before shipment.
